Simple Marketing, a product of Simple Intelligence Group
Every plan is billed per workspace, not per seat, and includes the whole product: audiences, campaigns, the content library, forms, attribution, and the AI drafting surfaces. What changes between tiers is how many people you can invite, how much you can send, and how much AI generation is included.
Simple Marketing is free for one user, with no card required. The upgrade trigger is inviting a second person, so you can run a real workspace before you decide.

How the limits behave
The send and AI generation numbers are allowances, not shutoffs. If a campaign takes you past your monthly sends, it still goes out and we settle the overage on your next invoice rather than stopping mail your customers are waiting on. The same applies to AI generations. The member limit is the one hard cap: inviting past it asks you to upgrade first, because seats are what the plan is priced on.
Bring your own model
On Scale and Enterprise you can point the AI features at your own Anthropic key or your own Azure AI Foundry deployment. Tokens then bill your provider directly and your content never sits in our model account. The generation allowance still applies on Scale as a fair-use limit, because it protects our queues rather than our token spend.
Buying through Microsoft
Simple Marketing is also available through Azure Marketplace, billed per seat against your existing Azure enrollment rather than a separate card. The plans and prices there differ from the workspace pricing above, because Microsoft supports one pricing model per offer. You can see them on the offer listing in the Azure portal. Changing or cancelling
Bought directly, plan changes and cancellation are self-serve in the product under Settings then Billing, which opens the Stripe portal where you can also update your card and download invoices. Bought through Azure Marketplace, you make the same changes on the SaaS resource in the Azure portal and we pick them up automatically. There is no retention call either way.
